The Kitchen Goddess' birthday month! How should I celebrate?? Let me count the ways! A themed dinner party perhaps? A garden party? Group spring cleanse to celebrate? Hmmmm.....

Spring is a time to begin lightening up in body mind and spirit. Think... walking barefoot on the morning grass, noticing the beauty of flowers blooming, green grasses and leaves, being grateful for any little thing, spring cleanse, did I say spring cleanse? How about a 21 day cleanse?? How about trying out the way of eating that you put off all winter to do? Yes! I challenge you to do this and send me your plan and I will have a drawing at the end of April. Whoever wins will get a free private cooking class or health consultation, your choice, with The Kitchen Goddess. Please write on your plan how you will accomplish this cleanse, meaning what kind of support you will have when it gets rough etc., (or better yet, hire The Kitchen Goddess for support and information during your cleanse).
